Meteor Shower – Gemínidas Fuerteventura

The famous Geminids will be visible on the night of December 13 and during the early hours of the following day, until dawn. This meteor shower occurs every year in mid-December. It takes its name from the constellation Gemini, as the fireballs appear to emerge from that point in the sky at a speed of 35 kilometres per second.
