TALLER DE DANZATERAPIA MOVIMIENTO EN FEMENINO

La Concejalía de Políticas de Igualdad del Ayuntamiento de Arucas celebrates, next Tuesday, 19 May, at 5:00 PM, the dance therapy workshop “Movimiento en femenino”. A proposal designed to offer participants a close, intimate and caring space, in which they can reconnect with themselves through movement and body expression.
The activity is aimed at women interested in enjoying a wellbeing experience and personal connection, without needing prior experience. The workshop will last approximately two hours.
Through movement dynamics, breathing exercises, and a guided meditation, the participants will be able to release tensions, listen to their emotions, and connect with their bodies. The next initiative continues to promote activities aimed at the citizenry with the goal of promoting spaces of wellbeing, self-care and gathering among the women of the municipality.
