The VIDOC mobile unit, launched by the Cuerpo Nacional de Policía, enables renewing or issuing official documents such as the DNIe or the passport, marking a significant step forward in the decentralization of administrative procedures.

- 09:30–12:30 Friday, May 15, 2026 – Plaza de Ravelo
Appointment: 922 570 000, ext. #1200 and oficinaravelo@elsauzal.es. Appointments will be given every 15 minutes during the scheduled hours.
Payment of the fee: The exact amount must be paid in cash.
- DNIe fee: 12 €.
- Passport fee: 30 €.
