Vertical de Güímar 2026
About this event
The Vertical de Güímar race entails climbing 500 metres over 4.5 km on 5th July, from Puertito de Güímar to the Pájara Viewpoint. A 4.5 km mountain race with 500 metres of elevation gain, starting at the Plaza de las Indias in Puertito de Güímar and finishing at the Mirador de Pájara. This is a short but demanding race, suitable for runners with experience of mountain terrain.

Green Run 2026
The Green Run 2026 takes place on 4th July in Los Abrigos, Granadilla de Abona, offering 6 km and 12 km routes. A fun-run featuring 6 and 12 km distances, available as individual or relay races and set in a coastal environment in the south of Tenerife. The event also includes children’s races and is open to runners of all abilities.
