SYNOPSIS La KonKista de Canarias is an adventurous comedy aimed at all kinds of audiences that, from a playful perspective without compromising historical accuracy, tackles one of the decisive events in the history of the Archipelago. The work traces the different stages of the Conquest, from the first Norman incursions to the Crown of Castile's intervention, highlighting the main military events and the protagonists of the conflict on each of the seven islands. The story begins on the day of the general rehearsal. A disastrous troupe of young actors tries to stage a conventional play about the Conquest of the Canary Islands in front of a invited audience. However, the performance is constantly interrupted by numerous incidents caused by the clumsiness of the performers themselves, giving rise to a funny game of theatre within the theatre with many references and nods to current events. Under a satirical view lies the sad history of a humanity based on the superiority of some over others. The premiere is tomorrow! IMPORTANT NOTICE: During the performance there will be 20 seconds of stroboscopic light.
