La Hora del Planeta is a WWF campaign that started in 2007 in Sidney, Australia, with the symbolic gesture of turning off the lights for one hour as a sign of the fight against climate change. It is a global movement that brings together cities around the world. This year El Sauzal participates in the initiative.

XV Feria del Queso de Canarias
Pinolere celebrates the XV Feria del Queso de Canarias on 11 and 12 April 2026, at the Museo y Parque Etnográfico de Pinolere, La Orotava (Tenerife). This edition is presented under the motto “S.O.S. al sector primario”, highlighting the importance and the need for support to this fundamental sector for the Canary Islands. The fair benefits from the collaboration of various public and private entities, reaffirming the collective commitment to the primary sector and to one of its most representative products: cheese.
