Within this universe of traditions and values, there are families that have been fundamental pillars for its development, preservation, and diffusion. The Goya Family is a clear example of this intergenerational heritage. Recognizing their role is key to understanding how lucha canaria has remained alive thanks to their example, community commitment, and passion for this sport.\nThe Goya Family represents the soul of lucha canaria: effort, nobility, respect, and continuity.
