Cuerpos de Orgullo – V Festival contra la violencia estética y gordofobia – 2026

FIFTH Festival against aesthetic violence and fatphobia in the Canary Islands – CUERPOS DE ORGULLO is the first festival of music, market and education in the Canaries created to visibilize body diversity and dissident bodies, fighting fatphobia and aesthetic violence.

Date: Friday 18 to Sunday 27 September 2026.

Admission: Free.

Organizers: Ayuntamiento El Sauzal and Mogares Dôyan.

Collaborators: Cabildo de Tenerife and CIT del Nordeste.

• In the exhibition hall: Opening to the public of the art exhibition “Cinco años de Cuerpos Orgullosos”.

FRIDAY 25

• At 20:00, at the Theater: II Premios Itziar Castro, recognizing body activism 2026. Admission by invitation.

SATURDAY 26

• From 11:00 to 23:30, at Plaza del Príncipe: V Festival Internacional Cuerpos de Orgullo 2026.
