Actividad de convivencia entre mayores y escolares del Municipio, para practicar tradiciones del campo relacionadas con el sector ganadero.
Actividades:
- Taller de burro.
- Taller de trilla con mulo.
- Taller de ordeño con cabras.
- Taller de queso.
- Taller de pastoreo de cabras.
- Taller de arado y trilla con yunta de vacas.
- Exposición de animales: cabras, ovejas, cochinos, burros, perros de presa y gallinas.
- Stand de abeja negra canaria.
Lugar de celebración: Espacio Municipal junto al Mercadillo de Ravelo. Entrada: Libre. Gratuito.

Festival of the Hearts of Saint Bartholomew
Tejina celebrates the Festival of the Hearts of Saint Bartholomew throughout the month of August, with the main day of celebration falling on the 24th of August. The village’s three areas—El Pico, Calle Arriba and Calle Abajo—spend weeks handcrafting enormous structures decorated with bread, fruit, flowers and sweets, which can reach heights of up to 12 metres. The arrival of the Hearts in the church square, on the Sunday before the 24th of August, is the highlight of a festival that has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and recognised with the CICOP International Award. The programme includes more than 50 events: an opening speech, pilgrimages, street parties, fireworks, the procession and the Festival of the Little Hearts on the last weekend of August.

Baile de Magos de Garachico
Garachico hosts its Baile de Magos on 16 August 2026 as part of Saint Roch festivities. Attendees wear traditional Canarian costumes and parade to the rhythm of street bands and folk groups, with Roque de Garachico and the sea as a backdrop. Location: Garachico town centre. Date: 16 August 2026.
