The 12th Santa Cruz de Tenerife International Half Marathon takes to the city’s streets on 15 November. Runners can choose between a 21.1 km half marathon and an 8K race, both following an urban course past some of Santa Cruz’s best-known landmarks. The half marathon gets under way at 9:00 a.m., with the 8K starting at 9:45 a.m. The event forms part of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation calendar.

Two days of competitive fitness action combining running with functional fitness challenges. The programme features DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE and DEKA STRONG, as well as team events. In DEKA FIT, competitors complete five kilometres of running interspersed with ten exercise zones. Events begin from 8:00 a.m., depending on the category.

The Ayuntamiento de El Rosario is collaborating with the Fundación Carrera Por La Vida/Walk for Life on the Carrera por la Vida, a charity event to raise awareness and support people affected by breast cancer. It will take place on Sunday, November 22.

Spring Surfest Las Américas Pro celebrates its ninth edition from November 25 to December 8 in Playa de Las Américas.

Two action-packed days of obstacle racing in Puerto de la Cruz. Races include the Sprint 5K, Super 10K and Beast 21K, alongside races for children.
