About this event
DEKA Tenerife 2026 brings two days of competitive fitness action to the island on 21 and 22 November 2026. Combining running with functional fitness challenges, the programme features DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE and DEKA STRONG, as well as a range of team events. In DEKA FIT, competitors complete five kilometres of running interspersed with ten exercise zones designed to test strength, stamina and all-round fitness.
