About this event
The Taganana Festival is happiness. It's culture, music, and the performing arts in the unique rural setting of the Anaga Massif, a Biosphere Reserve. Between ravines and giant rocks, between the waves of an endless sea and the most ancient laurel forests of Tenerife, this festival takes place, reaching its seventh edition with its most extensive international program to date.

Bajada de las Hayas
Bajada de las Hayas is a local festivity in La Guancha held every second Saturday in August in honour of Our Lady of Hope. It features a religious procession, traditional costumes, a decorated beech-branch enramo, and a communal meal with wine as the procession descends from the hillside to the church square.
La Quedada 2026
La Quedada 2026 - From September 2 to 5. Activities, social gathering, and many surprises for youths aged 12 to 26. Transportation included, meals included. Completely free. Prior registration required. Priority for registered residents in El Rosario. Limited places; application deadline July 24.
