Bajada de las Hayas

Bajada de las Hayas is a local festivity in La Guancha held every second Saturday in August in honour of Our Lady of Hope. It features a religious procession, traditional costumes, a decorated beech-branch enramo, and a communal meal with wine as the procession descends from the hillside to the church square.
