The 8th Las Fuentes Trail returns to Tenerife in August, offering a route through the island’s natural landscapes. Now in its eighth year, the Las Fuentes Trail is a trail-running fixture that winds through Tenerife’s countryside. With multiple categories based on distance and elevation gain, the event welcomes both experienced runners and those new to trail running.

In DEKA FIT, competitors complete five kilometres of running interspersed with ten exercise zones. Events begin from 8:00 a.m., depending on the category.
