Events in Tenerife in November 2026

The municipal cemetery of La Esperanza extends its opening hours for All Saints’ Day. Opening hours: 30 and 31 October: 8:00–20:00; 1 November: 8:00–17:00. The grounds will feature special floral decorations and will be prepared for the occasion.

An experience for all ages, featuring video game, robotics, educational, arts and crafts, K-Pop, and Cosplay activities.

The Francisco Julián Martín González sports pavilion in Arguayo hosts the championship, showcasing the work of bird breeders from the Canary Islands and a range of varieties and specialities: colour, posture, psittacines, exotic birds, hybrids and European fauna, among others.

Famtàstic presents a themed evening combining short films, gastronomy, live performances, art installations and DJ sets.

Abubukaka celebrates 20 years on stage with a comedy retrospective at Teatro Leal. Part one revisits sketches, characters and memorable moments from the troupe’s first decade; part two continues the story with another journey through Abubukaka’s irreverent world.

A documentary theatre piece born from the workshops and theatre classes run by the Fundación Canaria El Buen Samaritano. Fifteen young migrants from various parts of Africa recount, in their own words, their experiences crossing deserts and the ocean to reach the Canary Islands. Company: Grupo de Teatro de la Fundación Canaria El Buen Samaritano.

A comedy starring Dafne Fernández, Fernando Andina, Diana Palazón and Sergio Mur. The lives of two couples become intertwined when a misunderstanding leads two characters to share an apartment, giving rise to surreal situations, comic misunderstandings and unexpected encounters.

20:00 — Performance

El Rosario takes part in the V Festival Internacional de Improvisación Teatral de Canarias with «60 Minutos en Blanco», a performance by the Improacción company, created entirely in the moment based on a suggestion from the audience. Free admission while capacity allows.

The Baile de Magos in Igueste de Candelaria is a traditional Canarian folk celebration held on 6 November 2026 in Igueste de Candelaria. The page describes a one-evening cultural event with costumes, folk music, parrandas, dancing and local food.

La Laguna welcomes the Baile de Magos de San Diego, a celebration of Canarian culture featuring traditional music and dances, as well as typical attire.

An immersive courtroom drama about a fatal accident involving a self-driving car. Audience members hear witness testimony, weigh the evidence and decide who should be held responsible, exploring questions about artificial intelligence, technology and justice.

Compañía Parasitus Teatralis presents «Parásitos», an improvised theatrical intervention that transforms existing performance spaces. The cast invades the set of a production currently on stage and creates improvised scenes with audience participation. The performance ends when an alarm sounds and the cast flees the room.

ARONA SHOW presents Tarasca, a production by the Pieles Theatre Company, showing at the Infanta Leonor Auditorium in Los Cristianos, Arona, every Wednesday throughout October 2026. The show is divided into three acts —’El Hogar’ (The Home), ‘La Tierra’ (The Land) and ‘La Mar’ (The Sea)— exploring Canary Islands culture through body, rhythms and memory.

Three days of intensive gospel music workshops focusing on vocal technique and style, with time to connect alongside the Gospel Shine Voices choir. Parallel performances:

A day of socialising with an excursion around the north of Tenerife, ending at the Zona Recreativa de Pinolere, where there will be food, parranda music, raffles, performances, games and other activities.

Él. De las tinieblas a la luz (He. From Darkness to Light) comes to Teatro Leal in La Laguna on 21 November 2026. Inspired by the life and work of Mercedes Pinto, the production celebrates one of the leading voices in Canarian and Latin American culture. Drawing on her autobiographical novel Él (Him), alongside a selection of her poetry and personal testimony, the production reimagines her work as a contemporary opera. Set to music by Laura Vega, it explores violence, resistance and freedom, and the power of writing to change lives and keep memories alive.

Miguel Lago presents LAGO Comedy Club in Tenerife as part of the Reíslas 2026 festival. In his 25th anniversary year on stage, he combines new routines and classic material with observations on current affairs and personal anecdotes. Interaction with the audience makes every performance different.

The Chamber of Commerce, through its Talento Joven program, offers in La Orotava: Training in AI applied to agile methodologies, 100% on-site and free.

The Ayuntamiento de El Rosario, in collaboration with IASS and Proyecto Hombre Canarias, launches the workshop cycle “Tejiendo Lazos,” a prevention program aimed at parents, guardians, and tutors of adolescents, designed to provide tools to improve family communication, strengthen bonds, and foster positive coexistence.

The cycle will consist of four workshops. The first, “Mi hijo/a adolescente y yo,” will be held this Thursday, October 1, at 6:00 PM at the Casa de la Juventud de El Chorrillo, and will address the importance of family function during adolescence.

The program continues on October 15 at 5:30 PM at the Casa de la Cultura with “Comunicar más allá de las palabras,” focusing on the importance of communication in the personal and social development of children. On November 19 at 6:00 PM, Casa de la Juventud will host “Gestión emocional en la adolescencia,” which will provide tools to promote responsibility and decision-making in minors.

The cycle will conclude on December 16 at 5:30 PM at the Casa de la Cultura with “¿Sabemos hablar de adicciones en casa?”, a space to address addictions and facilitate open and safe communication about drug use.
