The celebration of Semana Santa en La Laguna is one of the Archipelago's most traditional religious and cultural manifestations. Across several days, visitors have the opportunity to appreciate the rich and varied religious heritage the City possesses. During Semana Santa, processions formed by pasos of incalculable historical and artistic value take place, which together with the cofradías traverse the most emblematic streets in a display of authentic popular fervor. These pasos are examples of the imaginería and orfebrería that developed in the Islands and beyond over the last five centuries. Special significance attaches to the acts celebrated on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. On Maundy Thursday, it is worth noting the opening of the chapels of the temples in order to show the Eucharistic monuments, true jewels of island goldsmithing. Good Friday is notable for the Procesión Magna, which takes place at five in the afternoon, and comprises the set of pasos and cofradías that traverse the City starting from the Santa Iglesia Catedral. Likewise, at twenty-two hours the Procesión del Silencio is held, which brings together the penitential brotherhoods and cofradías accompanying the Dead Lord, also from the Santa Iglesia Catedral to the church of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, amid the attendees' deep reverence.

Experience one of the most iconic Easter traditions in Adeje at the Passion of Christ re-enactment on Good Friday in Calle Grande, Adeje. This open-air performance tells the story of the death and crucifixion of Jesus Christ through scenes such as the arrival in Jerusalem, the Last Supper, the Way of the Cross and the crucifixion, with more than 300 amateur actors and actresses bringing the scenes to life.

The Casa de la Cultura “Carlos Alonso” in El Rosario, in La Esperanza, hosts the third edition of Jornadas de Arte, opening its exhibition space to the neighborhood residents of the Municipality who make up the Taller de Dibujo y Pintura of the Universidad Popular de El Rosario, coordinated by its professor Elia Estévez, a graduate in Fine Arts from the Universidad de La Laguna. Thus, on Monday, April 6, from 7:00 p.m., it will host the exhibition “El Rosario,” which can be visited until April 30, while on Monday, May 4 through May 28 the collection “Canarias” will remain on display. Both exhibitions can be visited from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Through this initiative the student body of the courses “Dibujo y Pintura” can be encouraged since they can show part of their work to the public. It is worth noting that, unlike previous editions, this year the students themselves chose the themes of the exhibitions. Each student proposed different ideas, which were later put to a vote, resulting in the selections “El Rosario” and “Canarias.” Through the works on display, each artist has interpreted the themes of each exhibition from their own perspective, bringing their personal style and sensitivity, which will yield two exhibitions rich and diverse.

Within the Salud 360º program, the Casa de la Juventud de La Orotava hosts a Taller de Alfarería Tradicional workshop taught by artisan Zoraida Padilla. The activity will take place on Tuesday, April 7, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., and is aimed at young people aged 12 to 17. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn basic pottery techniques and create their own handmade piece. Parallax is a stage proposal by the company Entredanzado, directed by Abigail Borges. The work uses the stage space as a vanishing point to unite the present and the past, exploring how humanity relates to its history and evolution. Project description: This program arises from the need to inform and educate the residents of Canarias about the different hazards associated with the volcanic phenomenon; one of the fundamental activities in emergency plans for volcanic risk and one of the actions that the Basic Directive for Civil Protection Planning against Volcanic Risk in Spain considers necessary for the development of the Special Civil Protection and Emergency Response Plan for Volcanic Risk in Canarias (PEVOLCA). At the same time, and through this program, the public also learns what actions society as a whole – administrators and administrated – must materialize to contribute to reducing volcanic risk. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this educational program is to contribute to Canarias becoming a better organized and informed community in facing volcanic risk and to become much less vulnerable than a community that does not know or ignores the volcanic threats surrounding it, and does not organize to respond to them.

The Salud 360º program offers a wide variety of workshops and activities designed to promote healthy living and the overall well-being of youth. Through different proposals, participants will be able to explore areas related to health, creativity, sport, and heritage.

Among the activities included in the program are nutrition workshops, home-based exercise, board games, pottery, candles, textiles, and self-defense, as well as environment-related proposals such as a cultural heritage route and an excursion to Anaga.

The initiative is aimed at young people aged 12 to 35. Moreover, those who attend three of the workshops will be able to secure a place to participate in the hiking route 'Cruz del Carmen – Punta del Hidalgo,' which will take place on Saturday, April 18, completely free.

The Rogation of the Virgin of the Incarnation takes place annually in Adeje, coinciding with the third Sunday of Easter. The event features a procession from Santa Úrsula Church in Adeje town centre, with stops for musical offerings and Bible readings, and ends with the Eucharist in the church.

• 09:00 Pilgrims assemble in the Santa Úrsula Church, Adeje town centre; commence journey.
• During the journey several stops are made for musical offerings and to read passages from the Bible.
• The procession passes through the streets of Adeje, crossing the bridge over the motorway, before going through the Portón de la Virgen arch and continuing the journey down the traditional path, Camino de la Virgen.
• After stopping in Era, the statue will be received by the statue of Saint Sebastian at the entrance to El Humilladero, where the statue of the Virgin was found according to tradition.
• Finally, both statues will enter the Church together where the Eucharist will take place.

The work 'Ángaro' by Laboratorio escénico is presented at Auditorio Capitol. The piece proposes a bond between continents through popular music, exploring the sense of belonging and identity. Aimed at all audiences.
